Urgent equipment alerts by text, for the people a powerconnect client invites.

Text alerts are being introduced and may not be available for your site yet. Until they are, urgent alerts are marked URGENT and sent by email to the people on the site’s notification list.
How to join
- A powerconnect client, such as the business you work for, invites you by email.
- You open the Wizodd sign-up page linked in the invitation.
- You enter your own mobile number and tick the consent box next to the program details. The box is never ticked for you.
- We send you a text to confirm that you joined.
Joining is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using powerconnect.

- Urgent equipment alerts for the sites you joined, for example: “powerconnect: Harbor Rd walk-in cooler at 45F...”, plus a text confirming you joined and replies to HELP and STOP. No marketing messages.
- How often
- Message frequency varies. Typically a few messages a month per site, and more when equipment has problems.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Help
- Reply HELP for help, or email info@wizoddtechnologies.com.
- Stop
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT also work. Reply START to resume.
- Delivery
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text alerts are not emergency alerts.
- Privacy
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See the text alerts section of our Privacy Policy.
