Know before it breaks down

powerconnect uses small PoE powered sensors on the equipment your business depends on. Sensors may be switched to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 if needed. An AI agent watches around the clock. When something starts to go wrong, you get a plain-English message telling you what, where and guidance to troubleshoot the problem.

powerconnect agent activity: the AI agent rechecks a warm walk-in cooler and decides what the client needs to hear

An AI technician on every alarm

It reads the history, rules out sensor glitches, works out the likely cause, writes a ticket you can pass to the right contractor and tells you what to do. Then it keeps checking until the problem is fixed.

The equipment you can't afford to lose

Rooftop HVAC

Cooling performance, compressor current and short-cycling, so a slow refrigerant leak is caught weeks before the dining room gets hot.

Walk-in coolers

Box temperature, door and compressor on coolers and freezers, with food-safety reminders when a box starts running warm.

Water treatment

Conductivity, pH, chemical levels and blowdown from your existing controller, before scale or corrosion takes hold.

From sensor to solution in minutes

1

We install sensors

About an hour per site. One Ethernet cable powers the unit (PoE), and it never touches your controls.

Live readings from a monitored restaurant

2

Data streams 24/7

Temperatures, current and water chemistry every few seconds, with alarm rules for each piece of equipment.

3

The AI investigates

Every alarm gets a diagnosis: real fault, slow trend or sensor glitch, and how urgent it is.

Straight answers for busy owners

Do I need Wi-Fi or help from IT?

No Wi-Fi is needed. The unit plugs into your network with one Ethernet cable that also powers it (PoE). It only makes one outgoing, encrypted connection to our server, so nothing on your network is opened up to the internet. If your IT team prefers, it can sit on its own VLAN.

Will the sensors change how my equipment runs?

No. powerconnect only watches. The sensors clip on or sit beside the equipment, and nothing is wired into your thermostats or controls.

What does the AI agent actually do?

When an alarm trips, it reviews the readings from the past hours or days, checks the other equipment on site, and decides whether it is a real fault, a developing problem or a sensor glitch. It writes a note for our team, opens a service ticket, and sends you a plain-English message with what to do.

Who fixes the problem?

You choose. Share the ticket with your own HVAC or refrigeration contractor so they have the details they need, give it to your staff for simple checks, or ask Wizodd to quote controls and water treatment work.

How quickly will I hear about a problem?

Alarms are usually investigated within minutes. Urgent issues, like a walk-in cooler warming up, are marked URGENT and sent by email, and by text to anyone at your business who joins powerconnect Alerts (text alerts coming soon). Slower trends, like a unit gradually losing cooling, come by email with a recommended timeframe.

Is there a long-term contract?

Plans are month to month, per site. If you prefer to pay for a year up front, you get 2 months free. The sensor kit and installation are a one-time cost that we quote before anything is installed.
